“I did want to thank you for coming to our Tetbury Probus One Club on 5th September. You gave a most informative and interesting talk and I have had a number of people say how much they enjoyed your presentation”
Bill Geers,
“Thank you for your excellent talk yesterday which our members thoroughly enjoyed. Your presentation style, with pictures, pieces of historical communications equipment, not to mention telephone-associated popular music, really brought the subject to life.”
Probus Club of R W B,
“Just a note, to add to the thanks for your informative and entertaining talk to the club yesterday. It was clear, from the questions, that the talk aroused much interest, and memories of their own visit by some members.  Many thanks, and looking forward your next visit in August.”
Lionel Evans,
“Once again you have given us (The Friendly Club)a fascinating and informative talk.   It will make watching  programmes about the Shetland Isles so much more interesting in the future.
